Resistance to electrostatic discharges. Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means. Requirements and test methods
The degree of rigidity of the test electrostatic discharge
1st.zh. - Air ±2kV Contact ±2kV
2st.zh. - Air ±4kV Contact ±4kV
3st.w. - Air ±8kV Contact ±6kV (Often used)
4st.w. - Air ±15kV Contact ± 8kV
Types of tests electrostatic
discharge Air discharge - the spout of the gun is round, tested with a spark
Contact - the nose of the gun is sharp tested in the butt to the product without a spark
Test method electrostatic discharge
Direct impact - interference is applied directly to the product body
Indirect impact - interference is applied through a 10x10 cm plate at a distance of 10 cm from the product
Interference is supplied by 10 pulses (after 1 second) of each polarity, air and contact discharge, each direct and indirect exposure, a total of 12 tests of 10 pulses, a total of 120 pulses. Each degree of rigidity must be confirmed by steps from the lower to the highest. If it is tested on 4 st.zh. then the total number of tests is 12 *4 =48 the total number of pulses supplied is 48*10 =480. The test time of one degree of rigidity takes about 10 minutes without taking into account the preparation.
Electrostatic discharge test schemes
1 Product with grounding, small (fits on a table of 1x0.6 m)
2. The product without grounding is small (fits on a table of 1x0.6 m)
3. The product is large (cabinet, machine), installed on a pallet 10 cm high with a grounding plate
4. The product is stationary, tests are carried out at the facility with the installation of a grounding plate
Parameters of test signals electrostatic discharge
